Go Red for Women Activities - 2012

Each February, Harrison Memorial Hospital joins forces with other community organizations to celebrate the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women campaign. The campaign is designed to raise awareness in the fight against heart disease, an all-too-common killer among women. This year's activities include:

The Harrison County Go Red For Women Reception will be held at 5 p.m. at Cynthiana
Christian Church. This event includes food and door prizes, with the first 200 attendees receiving a free cookbook. The event will also include a discussion on cardiovascular disease with HMH interventional cardiologist Dr. Nezar Falluji.

During this event, a display will be on hand with photos of church members throughout our community wearing red during the Sunday, Feb. 12 event. Please take your congregation's photo and submit to Cathy Muntz at Harrison Memorial Hospital. She may be reached by calling 859.235.3505 or at cmuntz@hmhosp.org.
